Parkland officials and temple committee members are engaged in a discussion on 20 November 2020 regarding the potential relocation of the temple in regards to the ongoing development in the area.

The Bhoomi Pooja for the construction of new temple was conducted on 6th March 2023 by His Grace Sri S. Ramanujam Muniandy Gurukal from Sri Renganathar Temple, Kajang, Selangor
